The manager at the rite aid in Brookville Ohio is a very disrespectful individual. When you ask her a question about something she goes off on you instead of helping you out. That's not good customer service.
The store can’t hold on to employees because the manager yells constantly and talks bad about employees and other employees. Manager yells at customers constantly.
I love coming here! The staff are very kind. With Plenti, the prices are low, so try to use it whenever possible. I recommend shopping here! It's close to many neighborhoods in Brookville. My only complaint: there aren't many Mountain Dew flavors!
I can only give this place one star because of how horrible the manager is. She yelled at me, a customer, for testing nail polish on the correct place ur suppose to. Most everyone else who works there act like they're better than you and look down on you when u buy personal items you buy at a freeking pharmacy!
