My husband & I bought a car from this particular dealership. We had originally wanted the Ford Escape, they told us that they would fix it for us since it needed some work done which I thought was very nice of them. They had given us a loaner car to use while the Ford Escape was being fixed. But then, it took 2 1/2 - 3 weeks to get it back from the mechanic. When we took this car off the lot, it wasn’t fixed at all like they said it was. We could barely drive it, it wouldn’t get up to speed & we felt unsafe in this car. (Escape) we decided we wanted to keep the loaner car instead. They worked with us, which was fine. But it took about 2 months for us to even get the title for this car. We kept calling & calling & calling. Finally we got it. It is a very unprofessional business & we will never be getting another car from them. Lewis Auto will never get our business again

They are very unprofessional I left a review on their Facebook page and since they want to be unprofessional they blocked me and deleted my comments because they don’t want other people to know the truth about their business. So now I’m coming to google where they can’t delete my comment or block me. They say they have been in business for 15 years well I’m sure not every customer is happy but they want to make it seem like they are perfect when they made a customer wait months to get a title when they had paid for the car they wasn’t even able to drive the car because the temp tag was expired doesn’t seem like a very professional thing to do. I 100% do not recommend this care dealership to any one. If your looking for a car please look elsewhere!

Posting on be half of my dear friend. Beyond poor customer service to the point of non existent. My friend tired to buy the Ford Escape. The Escape was in poor condition and after 2 months and three mechanics. During the time that escape was in the at three different mechanics The dealership gave them a loaner car which that car had issues. The dealership trade the loaner car for the escape which that has some issues to. By this time it is around October and it took three months to get the title and tags for the loaner. Also I tried posting a review on their Facebook page and was attacked by the owner. She comes off as very childish, immature and unprofessional. She also stated that I was slandering her which was not true slandering is when you provide false information. It is what actual happened and not my opinion. I would not buy a car here if they where the last place on this earth to buy a car from.n.

My son and daughter in law bought a vehicle there at the end of September (2019), it took until December 27th (2019) to get their title. The customer service gave them a run around. I posted this on their Facebook page but apparently business owners can delete any bad things they want so they did along with three other bad reviews, and one of those from my daughter in law. The Owner decided to start attacking our comments, hence why they deleted everything. I DO NOT recommend them.
