Absolutely the best Pizza Hut in Huntington WV! Love the mobile app! Highly recommend their Rewards program to earn free menu items. Amazing Wings! Must try their new Detroit style deep dish!!! Absolutely phenomenal! Great friendly staff!
Placed my order online at 530. Said it would be delivered at 612. Got notification at 557 that it was out for delivery. At 630 i called because we still had not received our order. The girl was rude and said it super bowl delivery is an hour and a half wait. But then she said but yours is out for delivery. So now it is 7:07 and still no food. I call back and they say that they dont know what happened but they lost our order. But they will give us 50% off and another hour and a half wait !i asked to speak to a manager. The manager acted like he didn't k ow what his job was and kept saying its super bowl ma'am. He did not try to fix the situation at all which would be to get our food to us now!

Worse experience ever. They delivered my order to the wrong house and I had to go down and get it. I love to give honest ratings but this is the worse experience I ever had there.
Order was ready as soon as I arrived. Everything was correct.
