He explained everything in great detail for someone that lacks knowledge in this area to better understand why and what. He went above and beyond, to not only help assist financially. Just like a regular bank but without all the crazy fees and high interest rates on loans. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, almost a small town feel, Jane the woman who runs the drive-thru teller even know the names of my kids and asks how they are. Always quick to help and patient with me especially with the online stuff which I myself am completely ignorant of. Also their app is extremely easy to use
