They don’t know how to answer questions and are very hard to get ahold of. They are not very helpful at all. They talk about owned by the people they are the people. No you just suck I’m sorry this is a bad bank. They see one little thing and they take out money for it. No explanation.

I would give zero stars if I could. By far the worst company to do business with.
Just started my auto loan through here and already have a bad taste in my mouth. Returned the payment, despite having plenty of money in my account, and hit me with a fee. Charges $16 to pay over the phone.
