My pizza was burnt. The bottom of the pizza was burnt. It started to make me a little sick. Talked to the manager he said what did I want him to do. They do not offer credits. I said can I get my money back. Not sure if he was saying yes or no. But.he wanted me to come back that night. At that point it was after 10pm. Not good business. So many other really good respectful pizza places. The pizza I got was discussing and so was the nothing he could do manager. The worst customer service ever.

I've been choosing Grandad's over every other pizza spot for over 10 years now. Pizza is always hot and delicious. The sauce has a slight sweetness to it that I really enjoy. As well as the prices being very reasonable especially the two large one topping pizza deal, it has become a favorite and is always reliable.

I had written a review that has somehow vanished. :-) My friend LOVES their pizza. It is so very good. I went to pick it up for his birthday, walked in and the owner/manager was in the back screaming obscenities and throwing things in the back of the kitchen. At the employees. I felt shocked and unsafe as a customer. No employee should be treated this way. No customer should see this. The employees were super kind and embarrassed. I no longer feel safe going here alone- I let my guy friends pick it up, if we go. The owner/manager needs anger management. Definitely don't walk in with kids. I love the pizza, but because of the atmosphere I experience, I cannot give them more than one star.

I've done business with these folks for 20+ years and have never been disappointed. I don't think you'd be disappointed either!!! A+++

Food and service was great. Just 1 big issue. Told me a certain price. Checking my bank statement it is 20.00 more than what my order cost. Trying to contact someone to resolve this issue is very hard. Still not spoken to anyone that knows why or try to take care of the issue.
