Not bad prices. Decent environment staff is nice but average mentality. But it is one of the only skate rinks left so for that reason I will give it 4 stars. But realistically deserves 3. They can't even service there own rental skates.

Took my daughter in today for her 7th b-day. Was very pleased with how helpful the staff were. And as my daughter was zooming around on the skating rink anytime she fell there was instantly a worker there checking on her. My husband and I even had a blast too. Thank you guys for helping make this day special for her. She cant stop talking about how much she had fun and we cant stop talking about the rarity of staff like that. Great job guys.

Fun and clean but the times are weird and not long enough. Also I don't think they should have the beginner carts allowed on main rink during normal times only in the middle it makes it difficult to skate freely and enjoy because you're constantly having to dodge those things and the little ones pushing them.

They need to hire more employees or ones that pay attention and have better attitudes. We ordered a pizza at the food court and over an hour later that hadn't even begun cooking it. None of the employees act like they enjoy their job and they act like they don't want to be there (at least the ones I had contact with). They were not friendly.

Had my children’s birthday party there 2/6/2021, the hostess was very rude, and acted like she was so busy with other things. My children never got to go to dj booth for their song. They didn’t get there tokens until 245, that was after I asked for them multiple times. They totally forgot all of our add-one’s. They shut the games off on my children and all the guest. I will never have another party there!nnUpdate: We was not the only birthday party with issues. There was another that the hostess didn’t even give her party the chance at laser tag also. We pay good money to have a party there, it should be worth it
