Humble, Body Positive, Friendly Gym! The atmosphere at Neighborhood is inviting and supportive of individual goals. The classes are designed so that you can be as technical as little or as much as you want. The staff are each very different from one another, but all make an effort to be friendly and positive with the members. There is no judgement at this gym! Everyone has their own goals and the staff are extremely respectful and supportive of whatever level of interest you have.

I was regularly going to the gym and found that to be quite mundane and boring . I debated on a boxing gym for a while and finally bit the bullet and tried it out with their 3 free classes with my brother. 1st class was intense and I was so sore but something definitely drew me back. These classes are fun yet intense and just when you think you’re dying and can’t go any further someone else is on the floor right there with you feeling the same way. Something about the atmosphere makes you want to push yourself harder. I’m fairly new still so I’ll definitely keep hiding behind a bag in the back of the class for now. However , I will say it’s for fitness at every level, it’s a diverse group always, it’s a black owned business, and the trainers are great ! (I’ve only had Paul and Josh but I’m sure everyone is awesome) . If you’ve been debating on boxing fitness check them out! I can’t wait to see where I’m at in a few months with my fitness goals ❤ufe0f

Love coming here to work up a sweat. I might not be the most athletic person...or coordinated but I have tons of fun. Everybody's great here and we're all rooting for each other to succeed!

I really do enjoy NBC. Great trainers. Great people. Fun classes. It’s work though!

Followed precautions for Covid. Staff was friendly from the moment we walked through the door. Workout was amazing. Definitely will be back
