Great atmosphere, cozy and open. Emily was a wonderful instructor with great energy. She offered options in all poses for all levels and offered a great flow from start to end. I feel so open after this class! Also had some really lovely instruction for staying mindful and releasing expectation/ego but in a subtle way. If I wasnt just in town for a week I'd join this studio... they have the vibe.
