I stopped here after being on the road for a while, and needed to use the restroom and buy an energy drink. The exterior of the Speedway is run-down, but acceptable. The restroom was clean enough, but the door didn't lock. (You do the math..) When I went to check out, the young black man at the counter was very courteous and professional. I didn't get his name, but a friendly face is always a welcome sight, even in the worst Speedway I've ever seen.nnOverall, there are good staff here from what I can see, and this station does it's job. It could use a little maintenance both inside and out. Also, give those employees a raise!
Rudest employees ever!!!! I was going to buy stuff for our rest of the way home but after hearing her mouth I walked right out and went to the store down the road
Horrible customer service. They need better trained employees.
Horrible customer service. They are very rude.
As I was here the city of Columbus public health came out on a “complaint of customers not wearing masks” the employees handled it well and very professionally. I’m not a local here however it’s starting to seem like a very government run city.
