Service was good, pizza on the other hand... Very generous with toppings, but the quality has just gone down hill. Used to go to a different location and hoped this one was better. Nope! Pan pizza's are always soggy Ask for them well done, but apparently, special requests are overlooked. Sad because Pizza Hut has always been a family favorite. Guess ot is time to move on and start paying more for better options.
Never had any problems ordering until today. Got some rude guy named charlie . Some people should never be in customer service. Will never order again.
Absolutely awful. I remember ordering a pizza from this place and I used my credit card to order for delivery and my pizza never came. The person delivering the pizza dropped it off at another persons house and they forged my signature. I went to the building and the manager did nothing about it. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Do NOT order from this place. The people who work there are robbing theives!!!
Always do the drive thru here; never had any major issues. Some staff friendlier than others but always quick service.
Food was fresh and hot. Boneless wings are hit or miss.... mine were not properly sauced in this order. All sauce on bottom of bowl, and wings dry. Pizaa was really good this time.
