I love this gym! Clean, great staff, hydro bed, message chairs. My ONLY problem is it is a maze for a wheelchair. That is not fair to the disabled that want to workout as well

I went in to apply for a membership and was told I could only apply online which is fine, however. I was also told I could not join unless I gave my banking and routing number. I have never ever been told this by any gym, nor would I comply with such an absurd request. I have a major credit card that has that type of information, the other reason I would give out my banking information would be for a loan or a house. NOT EVER AND I MEAN NEVER A GYM!! If something happened were planet fitness systems were hacked and the banking information of each patron became compromised, planet fitness would be done because I'm pretty sure that you would not be able to reimburse your patronage and you wouldn't be able to cover the insurance costs. So I guess it will cost more than the advertised 10 dollars a month to join this gym, NO THANKS!

I felt safe and comfortable there with multiple cleaning stations and well spaced machines. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the gym was very clean. I attend with a Silver Sneakers membership through Medicare and was treated no differently than paying members.
