Clean facility and the employees were very nice. The gym is small, otherwise I would give 5 stars. Went later in the day, around 7, and it was not busy. The 30 minute circuit area is my favorite part of the gym. They have tons of cardio equipment and for the time of day I went plenty of open machines. They are not giving key tags anymore and the app is not working for me to register my membership but hopefully that will get solved. Good place to workout.
Marysa was so great ! She helped my boyfriend and I get set up for the black card membership! She was so informative about everything you can do at the location! And answered are questions! We’re so excited to start working out there! Thanks for doing such a great job!!
Friendly staff, they really are on top of cleaning and sanitizing.nIt's never overcrowded, even with fewer machines/workout stations available because of social distancing. Great Reynoldsburg location. Happy to have it in my neighborhood.
This area for a gym has never stayed long, but I hope this one stays. It is a smaller location but smaller for me is better. It’s not intimidating or overwhelming. It doesn’t get crowded. It has all equipment needs. I have been to many gyms and locations... this one is one of my favorites. Great addition and use of space.
The gym is clean, the staff members are friendly and helpful, and the equipment is always in great condition. The one downside is that the other gym members routinely walk around or exercise without masks. It freaks me and my wife out. I wish this would be cracked down on.
