I want to pickup prescription. They said wait 10 to 15 minutes. They were serving people they came after me. They make me wait 45 minute.this the second I feel disrespected at this store.
In this time of pandemic, they cannot seem to keep their inventory updated online. Of all the CVS's in my area (25!) they listed Lysol wipes in stock. Went in to find the shelf empty. Asked the front counter if they just hadn't put them out yet and was told they hadn't had any come in for awhile. They also mentioned that it could be the Pharmacy's stock that they use to disinfect but they should have taken it out of inventory already. Despite nicely trying to figure out why the stock still showed available, asking someone to check the back (they wouldn't), and talking with the pharmacy employees as well, no one wanted to tell me what was really going on or offer an apology for the inventory discrepancy. I've had pharmacy orders filled incorrectly at this store, no one ever picks up the phone (could be an owner problem, staff your store better!), a lot of times the grass has grown very tall etc. Just not managed/run well which is a shame because it is not far away from work. Do Better 6659 East Main CVS.

Great service
This place has got me so irritated! They email me coupons and when I go in and take my time to shop, they say I've already used my coupons, or they're not on my card. No one else uses my card. I've been using CVS for years because of their coupons, but they barely honor them anymore and everything is so overpriced. I'm done coming here.
