very poor place to do business with we did talk to a salesman named Mike was trying to purchase a car for my wife to take to New York to see our son at fort drum in the army this would have been our first visit to see him explained all this to the gentleman he sold us a vehicle that we thought was a good car for her drove it to New York came back and within the next month she may be drove it another 200 miles to the car we put maybe a total of 1400 miles on it the temporary tag runs out we still have not received a title they give her a second temporary tag took the car to them because it's starting to act up and they have a warranty program that is sold from them that they work on at their shop did not do anything to the vehicle we picked it back up still with no tag brought it home the vehicle was paid three times more than what they purchased it for they wouldn't fix it and still never got a title till February 23rd of 2021 this is after months and months of contacting these people and tell them when can we have our title

Great place good people low pressure sales would highly recommended at time of sale BUT i still have not received my title 44 days later and can no longer drive the vehicle i paid for in full on 1/15/21 becase i have no title so i cant get plates for my van was given a temp tag until 3/1/21and that time has passed. I have called there nuber and to talk to someone about my title go through the menu press 4 then it just repeating the same thing back i spoke with sales becase they were the only number to press to ancer and was told id have a return call on less than 20 min that was last fri and called again 3/2/21 today and had the same response im sure this is a minor issue but for me its big i cant use the van for the purpose i bought it for and it will in the end cost me money i hope i here from them soon i really ment what i said at time of sale they seem to be great people.

Bought a car from them back in mid june Still waiting on them to fix the fuel pump. They claimed they fixed it the first time which i waited weeks for. Then my car broke down on highway on my way to work calls. I'm actually on hold with them now, and if I hang up and call back private someone will answer. They want to charge me 400 dollars a month for a car that's sitting on their lot. Worst mechanics I have Ever seen in my life. The sales guy Mike is cool but all he does is pass the blame to the mechanic, who then passed blame back to him. I would have loved to give a better review cause I like mike, he's cool. His business is just messed up and he needs better employees. I would love to have my car. I paid 7600 for something I'm not driving

Customer service here was very great. They did a great job of getting me finance he explained everything to a T.payments were reasonable and made sure that I got insurance In place.Made sure that all my fluids and everything was topped off and I was in good standing to drive my car off the lot. I will recommend everyone to come here to buy a car they are very family oriented and very detailed.
