Jon Holley is such a great sales associate. He goes above and beyond. This is my second car I am leasing from him. He always makes my experience so pleasant and is beyond attentive. He listens to my needs and isn’t pushy. My last car was totaled and he was willing to help me navigate through some of my insurance issues. If you are looking for a true people person ask for Jon!!!

I’ve always been a fan of Lindsay Honda growing up right around the corner. When it came time to buy I decided to make the drive across town from Hilliard, and was not disappointed. Brian Penn was an outstanding salesperson that put his resources to work at getting me into a car I love and for a price I would be comfortable with. Ernie Hyatt, a sales manager who oversaw the deal, was very pleasing to work with as well. Very professional but personable at the same time, made for a great car buying experience. Definitely would recommend anyone to trust Brian when seeking someone who will genuinely work for your best interests.

My friend and I both drive Odysseys which started to shutter when changing gears. We called 3 Honda dealerships for cost estimates on repairs. They all said it was an issue but not a recall. The first dealership where we actually purchased the vans quoted $800. The second quoted $600. Lindsay Honda said they would check to see if it was covered under warranty but quoted $400! What a difference! We took the vans in and the issue was resolved. They did an oil change as well on my friend’s and it was just over $450, right on the estimate. Mine fortunately was under warranty so no charge! No excuse for the other 2 dealerships to overcharge. Lindsay Honda has earned 2 new clients the next time we need a car! Thank you for your honesty and integrity!!

I went in yesterday for my first service appointment and Bruce was wonderful! He directed me from start to finish and made the process so easy. He guided me to the waiting area and even suggested which coffee to try. He explained how my car checked out and helped explain my alignment issue. He than guided me to the cashier and where my car was after i paid. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Bruce!

Lindsay Honda is a great dealer when i have problem with my car they get the job done and they are very fast too. The customer service has gotten a lot better since the last time I was there. Tim thank you for acknowledging that I was there when I first arrived and keeping me informed through text messages while I was waiting. I love the idea of sending text messages to let you know what's going on with your vehicle. Thank you so much for great customer service.
