Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Book a birthday party here! You won’t regret it. Corey will take care of you. The staff was great. The pizza was delish- even the gluten free option!! Kids and adults had a blast! And since we booked a weeknight there weren’t crazy crowds. I know some kiddos who are sleeping well tonight!

How much is it for one kid?

This is the second trampoline park that my family and I have been to. The first place was altitude park in Heath which we now prefer. The kids loved urban air and there was a more diverse options of activities. However, it was not cleaned well and the staff were not the most friendly people. I'm sure the equipment gets sanitized due to covid but it doesn't look like there is any scrubbing or dusting. The staff weren't outright rude but they barely spoke to you, not very welcoming. On the plus side, we went at 11am on a Sunday and it wasn't very busy. So overall, we all had a good time but probably won't be back!

Employees were HORRIBLE with my kids. Wouldn't stay at their stations and told my kids they could only do them 3 times each when they actually got there. YELLED at my kids for switching squares like everyone else was doing and didn't hear them, but didn't say a word to anyone else. I paid $67 for them to do almost nothing the entire time because NOBODY WAS IN THEIR POSITION. Took 20 minutes to be greeted at the concession stand. Spoke to the manager and all she said was she was sorry and would talk to the employees. Total waste of money and we will not be back. That is for sure. If you don't want your money going in the trash, avoid this place. This place definitely doesn't know customer service. Would be 0 stars if that was an option.

Very nice facility. I would rate it 5 stars but when we walked in we didnt know what to do and employees were standing around at the front desk. I am disappointed that we spent 30.00 per child and I had 3 some of the attractions were closed or didn't have an employee there. This place has more potential. Staff are very lazy. Facility and food and the environment were extremely nice! Also the virtual gaming only had 2 working out of 4 so there was a line and the employee disappeared so it was down for awhile.
