My service tonight was INCREDIBLE!!! I was breasted so nicely by the two gentlemen working. I had ready, fresh out of the oven pizza and these men had AMAZING customer service!!! They were so professional and also made a personal connection as well!!!

Goshen Dominos is hit or miss when you open your box. Usually it's a miss. The toppings are skimpy, or they didn't put extra sauce on and it's dry as heck. Sure they can offer to remake it, but who wants to wait another 20+ min? And what if the next one is just as bad? We usually use them as a last resort. It's a bunch of kids working in there (well who else is going to work at Domino's?) and they could care less about you much less tour complaints. Half the time there's no one in charge over there. They've gone downhill in the route of Little Caesars and Pizza Hut. Domino's used to be good! What happened? I wish we knew.

Ordered a gluten free pizza. Gave me regular bread pizza. Called and they said they would redo it. No problem, an honest mistake. Get the remade pizza and half the toppings on the pizza are missing and it’s only half way cooked. And I was yelled at by a worker. Don’t understand as I’ve had no issue before.

I ordered on the app half no onions and got no onions on all. I use the app because i get deals that they don't honor if i call in. I also ordered a deep dish pizza and it was raw. When i called them i was told not to use the app because it is glitchy and if i wanted deep dish pizza to be done then i need to order it well done and they will cook it twice. Shouldn't they make sure it is done without it being a special order? After talking to 2 people who only managed to make me mad suggesting it was my fault they finally put a manager on the phone. Then i found out they delivered my food to the wrong address first. That is why my food was cold.lol Anyway the manager was the only one with any customer service skills. He gave us a $20 credit. We spent $38 but I did cook the raw pizza myself and we ate it so I didn't expect to get it for free. I know mistakes happen and the manager did try to make it right so that is why I gave 2 stars. I will re evaluate later based on future experience. I hate giving poor reviews.
