These guys are either incompetent or dishonest or both.nnThey've billed my card half a dozen times since I cancelled. No one is ever around. No one answers the phone, or their FB messages, or emails.....I mean, you can SEE that that have viewed their FB message.....and they just won't answer.nnEDIT: Had to contact the Ohio Attorney General to get Connor's attention. He texted me, and said he processed the cancellation.nnThis is no way to run a business.
Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at (ROYAL FITNESS). VERY friendly onwer who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Thanks Connor great job!
By far the best facility around. This new location is mint from the owner(connor), to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend royal fitness gym to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility. Keep it going connor,
This gym is absolutely terribly run. Do not go here. They mooch off your money, and make it a huge hassle to cancel your membership. I also got billed for months the gym was closed due to the pandemic. The phone number listed does not work, and they don't answer communication. You have to go through ABC financial's customer service line and requires a million different steps.
They never answer their phone and the person who works there is never there. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past two weeks and it is impossible.
