Love my Root Yoga! Always a great yoga studio. Instructors are very knowledgeable know what to do. Great diversity of sessions for all levels. Pricey but the same as any other Yoga studio. Perhaps they could have better ventilation. The air is sometimes a bit stale. Great vibe here.
I love this little studio! There are a variety of classes, from gentle and chair yoga to hot power yoga. The studio only gets up to 90° in the hot classes, so it's not too overpowering. Lulu mats, towels, and water are provided for guests, all free of charge. It's a great community where the instructors learn your name. (Full disclosure: I attended this studio for about a year, before getting my RYT-200 teacher certification. I taught 1-2 classes per week here when I loved in Oxford. I was not asked to give this review.)
