Finger Lakes Power Systems

Our project had some difficulties, but Finger Lakes power systems saw it through to the end and every issue (None caused by Finger Lakes power systems princess)was resolved. Very prompt follow through and checked in one month after project was completed.

Our experience was quite different from others leaving reviews. Dan is very knowledgeable and we were impressed with him at the point of sale. We were disappointed in the quality of their work as well as Dan’s responsiveness to issues.nnWe had to clean up the areas where digging was done. Dan had told us that upgrading our electric was going to be challenging and that he would do it personally. Instead he sent one of his employees. As a result, there were a few issues taking a couple days to sort out. Ground wires on the outside of the house were not secured properly. Another issue regarding the propane supplier and the placement of the regulator has recently been resolved, two months after the generator was installed.nnWe love the generator and we’re glad we made the investment. We would not recommend Finger Lakes Power Systems as installers.
