Like there subs to me the best. There fast. I ordered 2 subs. And from the time I walked in to when I left it was no more then 8 minutes .Great subs if your in a hurry or if your not

I had an unfortunate experience at Jimmy John unauthorized charges was made on my card. Alaskas the assistant Manager went above and beyond to help. But he was instructed by his boss or the owner to tell me that they could not assist in reverting the charges that was made on my card for food that I did not purchase. There was two of the same charges instead of crediting one of the charges they charged my card twice another time. So now I'm stuck with contacting my bank. I was a little disappointed about the unwillingness to assist when they knew this was an unauthorized transaction. Very bad way to treat a customer. That was my first time visiting this store and would be the last time. Never had this problem before. The manager did not have the decency to call me himself. The food ordered was okay. The staff was nice. Do to this experience I could not and will not give a good rating. Poor customer service from the manager and owner of this establishment.

Female staff member with no mask. Im still in the store while writing this 15:06 july 7, 2020. 2 stars because everyone else had a mask and was very helpful. -3 because im here with my 80 year old dad and shes hiding in the bathroom.

The food here is consistent with the other Jimmy John's I have been to. The seating is modest, the staff isn't very friendly but for a quick sandwich during the work day it is a good option. It is odd to write a review for a place that has the same menu and approach at every location. The staff here is efficient (as all JJ stores) and the sandwiches are made to order. I really like their whole grain bread.

Just got my lunch here yesterday and it was nice to grab and go !! The manager lady was very nice like always !!
