Their pizza is delicious and good customer service, whenever there's a problem they always make it right. I just have one complaint, the toppings keep falling off my pizza. I understand with the meatzzzafest that I ordered that it's a lot of toppings, but there has to be something that can be done to prevent this from happening.
We love our local Domino's. When I need a night off from dinner they always come in handy. Great service, yummy pizza. Great coupons! I order online and its ready by the time we get there to pick it up. It's a favorite with the neighborhood kids too, when they are hanging out. They can stay all evening when dinners available. Always friendly, always smiling, always welcome.
Ordered online, different toppings in 6 different pizzas, got them all plain with cheese.nCalled in got transferred to a manager who gave me poor answers.nDEFINITELY THE LAST TIME IM ORDERING DOMINOS!!
I always have excellent service at this location but today they went above and beyond to help me not only figure out how to order my free pizza online but they walked when my order didn’t actually go through as I had thought they were always very courteous and helpful. They are recognized for their quality work and effort and excellent customer service
Well, they used to have very good service. I ordered square cut for thin crust online and I would get wedge cut. So I called up to complain and they said I need to call them up after every order to make sure that I get square cut. But yet there is a space for specific instructions for online ordering. And I called up to ask that they make sure I get square cut. But when my pizza arrived I got triangle & rectangle with my square cut. And my dipping sauce didn't come with my order !! Question : Am I still supposed to tip if I get bad service ??
