Great place for the money. We stayed at one of the larger cabins that were perfectly located for exploring between Zions and St George. The kids played mini golf and on the playground. Cabins were stocked with basic utensils and pans and were clean. There were good spots for trailers as well. Perfect for going to Quail Creek, Zions, Kolob Canyon
Site was clean. Staff i interacted with was friendly. No propane for sale. Laundry facility is indoors and air conditioned. Shower/Bathroom is climate controlled and clean. Wish it was a little closer to town. On-site store is kind of tiny. Didn't really shop for anything, but the KOA in moab's store looks like a park visitor center in comparison.
Really packed and tight. Not much room to be outdoors, neighbors are less than10 feet away. Parking is very tight. Cabins are nice though.
Pros - some staff friendly; guide surly. Location was clean.
Cons - Wireless is useless. They should NOT be allowed to say they have wireless as fastest 2am speed was 500kb. Yes, that slow and was the fastest we experienced. Completely unusable during day and especially evening. Verizon cell service with one bar was more usable.
There really isn't a dog park that you expect by the term "park." It's a somewhat grassy strip behind the pool. No fence, just spots of grass and a tree.
Pull through sites were literally on top of each other. Very narrow sites.
We could not get laundry to work. You must use a program called Payrange and I think the internet is so bad that the program can't connect to the devices. We tried two and finally gave up. Had to go to a laundromat in another town. Haven't gotten my money back that I deposited in the program.
I would not recommend staying here unless you're okay with basically being on top of other campers during a pandemic. My wife and I left due to how absolutely crowded this campground was. We've stayed at several other KOA locations and have never seen so many people shoved in such a small area. Also, as others have stated, the WiFi here is useless.
