Luis is awesome. He gave me the best price for the new brakes I needed. The wait time was less then he told me. The customer service is outstanding. Luis made the whole process so simple and not stressful at all. I highly recommend going to Mavis in Larchmont and dealing with Luis. I will 100% be going back for anything else I need.
Have used Mavis in Larchmont twice. Both occasions were excellent. Good service, knowledgeable, friendly staff and fair. The most recent visit didn’t cost me a penny as they only made a quick inspection (had a rock somehow stuck in the wheel and I guess it fell out right when they drove it into the shop?!) so didn’t charge me. Location is easy to find and close to local restaurants, shops and parks. So if you need to kill some time while they fix your car, it’s a good spot.
This is a great place, all the staff are super friendly and very eager to make your visit as efficient as possible, not to mention everyone had a positive attitude and were very informative. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around to keep you energetic and happy while you wait. Perfect location.

I visited the Mavis Discount tire center in Lachmont in New Rochelle NY, on September 28 2020 and service and price I got from Louis was great. I had a great experience. The price was good (Great Deal) and service I got was top great. Louis was the best. I was treated with respect and he went out of his way to give me a good deal.
