Great people and was willing to give me a free oil change because another shop stripped my oil plug and even tho he didn’t need to was willing to buy me a new oil pan. 1000/100 customer service.
I brought my fiancé’s Jeep Renegade in for an estimate on breaks and rotors and they were so nice and explained everything to me, showed me how bad it was once the tires were off, and guaranteed it would be done today so I told them to go ahead and do it. The price I was quoted never changed and they had it done with plenty of time to spare. Any future services for our vehicles will be done here! They are an amazing team!
I have been going to Monro for YEARS... And I'll tell you something... That store manger Kevin that works in the Newark store is just a PHENOMENAL person!! He truly goes above and beyond and truly cares about his customers!! Every time I have went there he has made sure I had gotten everything I had expected and then some... He's honest, straight forward, kind, caring, and compassionate!! I ABSOLUTELY would recommend This store!!!
Richard Collazo the manager is spectacular. Always finds a way to fit me in for an oil change or anything my family needs done to our vehicles.
Rich is a great guy very freindly and made my experience a great one. prices were easy to follow and Rich explained everything both before and after the service definitely will come back for future car service needs
