Community Bank, N.A.

Community bank, formerly known as Oneida Savings Bank is a great bank to do business with. This location on West Miller St in Newark is well run and clean and the staff are fast and friendly and very knowledgeable and efficient. There is a drive through if you don't want to go inside but wait times are almost non exsistant, except of course the beginning of each month.

So far very unhappy because for whatever reason or reasons I still don't have access to over the phone banking, fix it! Been almost 4 weeks now

I love this bank but hate the dont have a location in Lyons, NY. I shouldn't have to drive 7 miles each way to do my banking. There's is available space here to build a branch right on Rte 31 between State Trooper Barracks and Aldi's grocery store. Community Bank please consider your customers East of Newark, NY.
