I was heading to Hudson Valley and stopped in Woodstock for an early dinner. Strolled through this charming town and discovered Sera. The store is beautiful, serene and the products were well displayed and labeled. Two staff persons were there and encouraged me to experience the range of aromatherapy scents they created with attention and care. I bought the Winged Air scented candle. An hour later, sitting in an outdoor cafe in Woodstock, I realized that the lingering scent of their Summer in the Woods essential oil mist continued to envelope me and I felt an uplifting sense of calm and wonder. When I went back to purchase this product, Sera was closed. I went online and ordered several products that I had sampled. When I returned home to Pittsburgh, my package was waiting for me and I quickly realized that I ordered the wrong things and called the store. Although it was my mistake, they were very understanding and said that they would mail me the products I had intended to order. This, they did quickly and they did not charge me for the items they shipped. How lovely is that??!!!! Wonderful people who have created products with integrity, of the highest quality and that serve to awaken our olfactory senses, serving to make us feel more present and alive. Woodstock continues to be a place that attracts these types of merchants and entrepreneurs. I wish them much success and will continue to patronize them!!!
