Jiffy Lube

I like going to Jiffy Lube, as it is conveniently located on the main street in Hurricane. The service is efficient, and they don't overcharge for oil changes (which is one of the reasons I won't go to the dealership). All the employees wore masks, so I was happy to see them taking the pandemic seriously. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes, and that included the time it took to get the tags renewed. I have always been treated courteously, and I highly recommend this business.

The oil change was very fast, less than 20 minutes. The worker looked me apprehensive upon approaching my vehicle, I was worried I would be turned away before I could even say what I was there for. I told the worker I was there for an oil change and I was so grateful to be accepted. The worker started to walk away before the cost of what I was there for was given to me. I’ve never been to a jiffy lube that didn’t take the time to discuss the service and price. I wanted to quickly vacuum my floor and I asked about the self service vacuum outside, they told me I would have to pay, and mentioned one of the vacuums didn’t work, and offered no alternative. And they didn’t wash my windows. Oh well to bad for me. Nothing about my car was discussed. They didn’t even acknowledge the service comments in the notes or give time to look at the paper myself. They didn’t even tell me anything they did. I don’t know if they put air in my tires, checked my washer fluid, looked at my lights. When I say they didn’t go over anything with me I’m not exaggerating. I must’ve had a total of 14 words with them throughout the entire service. I assume they are priding themselves on efficiency. 5 stars for that. I try to be conscious about being demanding when I’m receiving services because I’m in the industry but I really would have liked a piece of information about the condition of my vehicle. The status of my battery for example. I paid $47 dollars for goodness sake. I probably won’t return to them for a few years.

They are great. Very efficient. Courteous! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the tech did an awful job cleaning my windows and they left the plate off of my cabin air filter. Not a big deal at all and a simple fix.

We normally take our vehicles here without a problem. However, today was much different. The second we got there we were greeted very rudely, nobody asked for our info or cared to get it when I tried to give it. We initially dropped off one car and told them we would be picking it up and dropping of another. I asked if they wanted the account info and I was told they could get it when we come back. I arrived to pick up the first car and drop off the second, at which time I was informed my first car didn't need an oil change but because that didn't have a phone number for us they just changed it anyways. Seriously disappointing that I tried to give them my info that they didn't want to take and they decided to make a decision for me costing me an oil change. Never have we been treated so poorly at the Hurricane business ever. John & Amber

Got in and they did what I wanted quickly ( just oil and filter). Everyone was friendly. Only issue is the facility is very tight and parking is difficult with a larger vehicle
