The team member that assisted me was very attentive. I explained my suspected problem and he immediately responded with a can do attitude. His team member removed my tire and checked it for the slow leak I suspected. To my surprise the team member didn't find any leak in the tire or valve stem. The attendant put the tire back on my RV. When I went to pay for the team members labor I was surprised that their was no charge. I asked why no charge because the team member spent approximately 30 minutes assisting me. I was told there was no charge because Hurricane Tire Pros didn't fix anything. Great customer service!👍
Billy took great care of me after I’d had replacement tire sensors put in that weren’t compatible with my car. He was able to identify what was wrong, get the correct parts ordered, and replaced the next day- quickly. Thanks for making a hard situation easy.
Completely honest mechanics. I've had them work on my car for a couple of hours and not even charge me because they didn't feel that they had entirely resolved an issue. Customer service the way it should be. We go to them for everything.
These guys took care of us fast while on vacation. We got in early for what we thought was a slow A/C leak and found out that the idler pulley has seized up and broke the belt. By the way, they also found a leak in a connection that my mechanic back home had not found. Finished our vacation in comfort and I really appreciated their dedication to our needs!
