I’ve had work done there a few times in the past and was always extremely satisfied. This time it was extreme hail damage to the car. They confer with the insurance agency and everything is worked out for you. I was even able to have a loaner car for the time my car was in the shop. It came back to me as good as new and as a bonus they even cleaned up the interior of the car as well! All in all, excellent, professional and courteous service from everyone involved. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic! My daughters bumper was falling off her car from hitting a snowbank. They were able to take her immediately with no appointment and align it. I can not thank you enough.

My daughter, a student at SUNY New Paltz, runs over a concrete barrier in a parking lot and told the car can't be driven. I call Smitty's, explain the situation and since the car is 5 min from the shop, the owner says he will take a look. Calls me saying it's not that bad and he thinks it can be driven to the shop. I cannot believe how honest and nice the owner is. They fix whatever was rubbing against the tire, check it for safety, and says its not worth cosmetically fixing it which we agree. Total charge $20.00 (and my daughter baked the guys brownies!). Being in Florida, what piece of mind we had that we found such an honest auto body shop. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SMITTY'S.
