For my sons first haircut I figured we should take him somewhere he would enjoy! Boy did we choose right! I can’t for the life of me remember the hairdressers name but she had short pink hair! Considering it was his first haircut at 4 1/2 years old his hair was very long, I had a hard time but she kept us involved as well as had great conversation.(we are donating his hair) She was gentle and kind to my son.
I brought my 23 month old to get a haircut. Even though there is social distancing rules and we had to wait outside, the staff quickly came to the door before we even got a chance to call the number. The moment we walked inside, they were so attentive to him, making him comfortable from the start. He got his hair cut by Alecia. She was patient and understanding. She made his experience (and mine) so positive. I will definitely return.
Alecia was phenomenal. She made my daughter comfortable throughout the entire experience! It is the first time my daughter has had short hair and she LOVES it!nn10/10 would recommend! As a side note-Cookie Cutters also sends a reminder email an hour before your appointment to let you know what’s expected (their cleaning practices, appointment rules) and I really liked that because it took the guesswork out.
They had us wait outside until the other family had left since we arrived a few minutes early. She gave my son a haircut, following my desires perfectly after looking at a picture. She had him hold his mask in place with his hands as she trimmed around his ears. She was quick and it looks great!
Great haircut for my 2 yr old. They were very friendly and clean and took their time to make sure he looked great. Also very open to my opinion and making sure I was happy with it before they were done. I love their amenities for kids, makes it so much easier.
