I called and spoke to Jonathan on Friday to schedule a consultation for the following Monday. I was told and promised the appointment would be confirmed by the end of the day. I even shared my email address for easy correspondence in case we missed one another. I never heard back by the end of the day so I called Monday morning to confirm my 10:00. Jonathan apologized for not getting back to me and said my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday not Monday. This was not true according to our conversation on Friday. I blocked out my schedule for Monday but was flexible to meet on Tuesday. I arrived on Tuesday promptly at 10:00 and introduced myself. I took a seat and and patiently waited, after about 20 minutes Jonathan said that he was not able to get in touch with the accountant and that had no idea where he was. In so many words Jonathan told me that I should not wait around because he was not able to guarantee my appointment. I am a local business and decided to support another local business which was obviously a huge mistake. Hudsonvalley CPA is not what I expected and I certainly would not allow them to overlook my finances. I do not recommend HV CPA. Onward!!!!!!
