I went to get my first brow wax since covid. The lady (Jennifer?) did a terrible job. I know the brows are sisters not twins but they should at least look enough alike to be in the same family. I had stray hairs that needed to be plucked. Asked her to even then out multiple times then gave up because she clearly wasn’t able to do it. Worst part? She blew her nose and touched my face and DID NOT sanitize her hands or wash them. Disgusting. Where is the dermalogica girl? She was great! I called customer service they said someone from the store would contact me. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks. Poor management. I just want my eyebrows fixed. Not a refund just the service I paid for to be performed.
I had my haircut there and was overall pretty unhappy with the results. The bang cut came out very uneven and when I tried calling to ask about a re-do bang trim, the receptionist didn’t apologize and just stated, I’m not sure we can get you in until later this week. Which was fine but her tone was not nice.nnI also was surprised to hear bang trims are not complimentary anyway if you have your hair cut there. Not sure if I’ll go back.
I had a woman named jasmine help me with a lot of things when I went to this store and she was absolutely wonderful she was so kind and very helpful!
Not crowded, sanitizer everywhere. I was ther for haircut and felt very safe.
