Surprisingly very good air conditioned or climate control easy access and no problem good place to go

Needed to use Oakdale Self Storage for a month while I closing my office. They could not have been more helpful. Prices were affordable. I was able to use the box truck to move. The facility is gated, well lit and very clean. I was also able to use them to ship UPS packages too. Highly recommend.

We rented a 10x10 unit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, well maintained, and secure. This place is a first-class operation.

I see a similar review posted in October that I am about to write has been deleted. I am delayed in writing this review but others should be aware so they don't have the same experience.. After 2.5 years of storing my apartment furniture and clothes here, I evacuated my unit and terminated my contract due to water damage and smoke damage covering all of my furniture, clothing, personal items. I have had to scrub every single item in my unit. I voiced my complaints to the manager regularly throughout the years of condensation, drips from the pipes connected to the AC unit in my unit causing damage, water and puddles on the hallway floors from the same, resulting in no improvements. In the fall I discovered mold and mildew covering all of my personal items! I discussed with the owner who blamed the cleaning company who came in after the fire caused smoke damage. I appeased the owner and discussed this with the cleaning company, who stated there is no reason why water damage resulting in mold/mildew would be on my personal items as they only cleaned the walls of the actual unit itself (of course!). The storage facility's contract is horrible, DO NOT SIGN. The storage facility is responsible for nothing...what a great business to get into! Even if you don't do your job (provide a climate controlled environment as promised), there are no consequences. If only that were true at my job...Save yourself the headache and store elsewhere even if it is a little more expensive. It will be worth it!!!

I've used these facilities for years without a problem, great location.
