We stopped in on a Sunday morning (July 12, 2020) in the midst of a three-week road trip🚙 across the country with a truck and a fifth wheel. Our a/c in the truck was not working and we were a long way from home (Alabama). A super nice, friendly and knowledgeable service man (totally blanking on his name but he said he had been there for 15 years) helped us with freon and getting it into the trick in the right place. The a/c was instantly better!! We are so grateful for this man's help and knowledgeable and he literally saved our road trip!! Utah is HOT 🔥 in July and we were leaving and headed to Arches. We are not quite home yet, but the a/c ❄ is still working!!!! Thanks so much for your help and expertise. Five stars!!!! 😁😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great selection and staff is friendly. I have to give a 3 because I have been there 4 times in the past 2 weeks. Not one person is wearing a mask any of the times. I assume you care about your customers.

The staff here is always friendly, and willing to help. They are knowledgeable, and professional. I had an issue with another auto parts store in town, but when I came into Tinks they were friendly, and helpful. I got what I needed, and it didn't take long. We go here frequently, and have never been disappointed. Thanks for the awesome service!
