This is probably the most anticipated business to open in the East Islip community over the last few years. The building has transformed from a vacant, condemned and abandoned community eye sore to a beautiful quaint structure that fits perfectly with the town infrastructure. Along the journey the owners have provided numerous personal photos of sandwiches and food creations they have created on the businesses social media accounts that would leave anyone’s mouth watering.
