Their Ithaca location may be difficult to leave with an unloaded moving truck if there is significant unplowed snow on the ground, and there is no good way to get momentum to leave the driveway onto 79.

The managers of I-deal storage were wonderful folks to do business with. The units and access were meticulous and well lit at night. The procedures for securing my possessions were clear & easy; and after I cleaned out my units I got to keep the locks! When I was done I received an immediate security deposit credit.

Extremely convenient to get a storage unit. Lots of locations around town, an online system to get started, and very pleasant owners. Would definitely rent from again should the need arise.

The locker was clean and secure, and the move in process via the 24 hour kiosk was a breeze, but that’s more or less what I expected. What earns them 5 stars is the customer service I received on move out. I checked out a day late, so technically I owed another month’s rent, but they waived it with no questions asked.

Great storage units for anyone needing storage, especially, for college students. The units are clean, well maintained and the service is prompt and very courteous. Would recommend to anyone.
