This is the first trailer I have purchased from Mike, but it will NOT be the last! I found Olsefski's Auto Accessories through Google while searching for a new dump trailer. Mike answered all my questions and gave me a trailer manufacturing 101 course, much appreciated. They have been selling trailers at their location for 35+ years and his knowledge and experience makes you feel confident with your purchase. I know if I have any questions or issues he is my first call. Mike stayed after hours to meet me due to the distance I was traveling and I never felt rushed. It was a great experience! The quality of the trailer is unbelievable! Far more than what I expected for the price! The customer service was amazing. I had my five year old son with me and Mrs. Olsefski's was so nice to him, She kept him busy while Mike and I did the paperwork. I would recommend this business to any one! This was my first experience with Mike Olsefski’s Trailers and Auto Accessories. I was in the market for a Floe Cargo Max Trailer and I called several dealers that were within reasonable distance to me. Mike was by far the most responsive, most knowledgeable and most helpful of everyone I talked to. Very reasonable prices on high quality trailers.nI let Mike know when I would be there to pickup trailer and when I arrived he had paperwork done, the gatekeeper accessory installed and the trailer waiting to be hooked up in the parking lot.nHe was thorough in explaining the paperwork and DMV process and even took the time to walk me through the trailer hookup on my vehicle and showed me how to operate the lift/tilt as well as the ramp. He even showed me where the license plate would go and I’m glad he did because I would have never figured it out :) In my opinion he went above and beyond for a simple trailer purchase. I will not hesitate to drive the almost 4 hrs round trip to do business with Mike in the future. Thanks Mike!
