Wow!I have found a yoga class that is wonderful for me! It's called Gentle Chair Yoga. Susan, the instructor, tailors movements according to my needs and the needs of other students. I highly recommend this class, especially for those who believe that they aren't able to do yoga. Give it a try. You'll love it!

Amazingly kind people here. Wonderfully peaceful atmosphere - super clean. Everything you need to stay fit, mentally and physically.
