Please, please, please tone down the volume of the music. 99% of the people wear their own headphones anyway and I don’t want to damage my hearing my trying to smother gym music. I have seen some gym members walk around with masks under their chin or not wearing one at all for long periods and no one really seems to care. Other than that, it’s a great local gym with plenty of equipment and friendly patrons.

Horrible customer service. The owner is incompetent, unprofessional and extremely rude. Tired to intimidate me, threatened to call cops. I called to cancel over phone and was told I had to come in and sign then pay to cancel, when I got in I was told by the owner I only needed to pay which I did, I have record of the charge on my card, they’re camera clearly show me on that exact date in the gym for a few moments then leaving. I was charged two moths later on a different day then I would usually be charged when I was a member. When I called retro and I spoke with the owner he actually had the audacity to hang up on me after describing the situation. I immediately went straight to the bayshore location to speak in person. I was met with rudeness, ultimatums, threats and accusations of me not being truthful by the owner almost immediately. After maybe 30 minutes of back and forth and after being told I need to leave (AFTER I WAS CHARGED FOR THAT MONTH!!!!!) also after being told by the owner “It’s only a gym membership” yes it’s only my money you are stealing from me!!!! The owner finally agrees to refund me and cancel the membership l, of course they dragged they’re feet in the refund so I had to call back again to get that done. After this experience I looked through my records and found they charged me 2 times a month with a charge of 49.99 and a charge of 19.99 at two separate dates a month for a handful of months in a row on and off every few months, I literally have the charges on my card to see. This place is disgusting if they think that’s how business gets done. They should not consider themselves a good Business, the owner is a scam artist. Don’t not go to this gym.nnUpdate: 3/16/21nDear Steven it’s expected that you blame the customer due to the fact you run your Business so poorly, You shouldn’t be allowed to have a gym period. I will will filling a complaint with BBB (KEEP IN MIND THEY ARE RATED F ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) I will be disputing the multiple charges of 49.99 month after month through my bank and you can deal with them. It’s highly unfortunate your answer to me being upset about you STEALING my money is I was on the verge of a panic attack. It’s laughable you chose the route you did in this response to deal with the situation. My wife was on the phone with me we have the whole interaction recorded it is also on his cameras I have the payment you took from my card is right there on file to see. I don’t know why you think you still have a chance to explain yourself, the proof is literally in writing. Why after 45 minutes of me arguing then you happily gave me a refund. I clearly paid and talked to him months before about canceling the membership. When I came in again he claims he doesn’t remember me but he remembers me over a review. Again your gym and Business is laughable I do hope you succeed at something in life.. this clearly wasn’t it. Again don’t go to this place as your can see stealing from members and blaming them is a regular thing here. Lie to cover yourself all you need the charges on my card prove I was charged to close the membership the cameras show I was there on that date then 2 months after the cancellation charge I’m charged on a DIFFERENT DATE then my membership has been charged for the past years yet you still say I’m wrong. Sad tactics

I have the ultimate membership at the gym and what I really love about it is that there is no contract of a year! It’s so hard to find this so I’m really glad this gym offers this. I recently just joined here about a month ago and so far I love it here! Also, the customer service is really helpful. However, the music is very loud, lowering it a bit would be perfect! The gym is also kept very clean and so are the women locker room.

Have been going here on and off for years. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. My only wish is that there was an extra power rack but there are plenty of spots to do the main compound lifts. Overall its a great place to work out in a convenient location for an awesome price.

Overall a great gym. The owner, Steve, does a great job keeping it clean and disinfected on a daily basis. Friendly staff, and good atmosphere.
