My sister and i went out to lunch, she’d passed Dougies a bunch on her way to work and wanted to try it. Don’t waste your time. By far the worst dining experience we’ve ever encountered. The counter girl, Sarala, was horrible! She paid no attention & was super careless. The pretzel buns felt as tho they were sitting out for hours. They were hard as rocks. The food was room temperature at best. Just all around a terrible experience. 10/10 would not return. Ever.

I ordered from dougie's for delivery. The food arrived ok and nicely packed but didn't get everything right in the order. I ordered spicy fries and got all regular fries, the kids menu said it comes with a cookie but i didn't receive any.

This place is very addicting. You can’t go wrong with the classic junior combo.
