Workers nice and place was clean. They just need to change their return and exchange policy.

Employees are always very snooty every time I go here. They also have items up for display 3+ days before they're even allowed to sell them, I used to work for Pandora and I know for a fact items we can't sell aren't supposed to go out on display until the night before so customers don't ask about it and get mad when we say it's not available. The store was also a mess when I went more recently, every other cabinet was opened and it just looked horrible.

I come to this store quite often. Every time I go I am always greeted with a smile. Even when I am here due to something going wrong, like the time my bracelet broke, I leave happy. The staff and management here are consistently friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. I would give more stars if it was an option. Pandora Bayshore is the best pandora location I've been to thus far and I have been shopping with the brand since 2008.
