The customer services in this location are not good for business those ladies have no manners.

Awful customer service! The employees here are rude, always have an attitude, and when you ask them to do their job they roll their eyes cause they don’t want to be bothered. Stay away!

This is literally the worst place to shop in the mall worst customer service throughout the entire mall even if in desperate i wouldnt go in there

Today my husband and I went into the store to buy two pairs of Timberland boots. Immediately after walking in a wonderful women Patricia walked up to us (while she had multiple items in her hand) and asked if we needed any help. She pointed us in the direction of kids boots (me) and mens for him. We found our boots and she was right there to go in the back to get our size. She was very personal with us and extremely on point. I have never had such exceptional customer service before. Patricia was literally perfect in every way and I hope she gets a bonus or something because she truly truly deserves it for how amazing she was!!!!!

Best spot in Long Island everything there is affordable and for retail . Need to go back soon for that sneaker book in stock !
