Drezdner Chevrolet

When my check engine light came on on my vehicle I had purchased a month prior (from a different dealership) and our less than 3k miles on, they were quick to schedule me the very next morning. staff was pleasant and waiting room comfortable. Service was completed very quickly with minimal wait. They completed a complementary safety inspection as well. No experience with sales but I highly recommend their service department.

Ok I reviewed a year ago giving it positive review. That was under the old service manager. I been a customer when it was Kriegers Chevrolet. The old service manager before bill was much more helpful and always go out of his way. The new rep would not even call a tow company to bring my truck to the shop when I had break failure. Other work needed. The mechanics in the shop are great. But service stinks.

The service at Drezdner Chevrolet is amazing and so worth the travel from the city! I always sign my leases with the knowledge that a lease with Drezdner is the safest, most secure, and smartest. It’s a pleasure to deal with them.
