Shoe section had a sign for “buy one get one” on all shoes. My sister & I were excited to get a pair for each one of us and worked with the two girls on staff to each pick out something. While checking out the cashier informed us that the specific boots I picked wasn’t a part of the promotion? I asked why and she couldn’t give me a real reason. Said “it doesn’t have an orange sticker” despite there being an orange sticker on the box, she then said “we just took it off the sale sorry”. It felt like she was lying, messy administration at best. Store needs improvement & to understand that false advertisement of sales in use of customers isn’t acceptable. Disappointed.

I love this store. The prices are inexpensive and they always have sales. Alicia and Maraya helped me today. They were very nice.

Poor costumer service. Asked for a size on shoes and one of the girls said that the smallest that they have is in display. How in the world 10 is the smallest size on a shoe at a store. I asked another one of the girls and she brougt. That gir needs to get fired for doing her job right
