Bought a bundle a few months back and loved everything about it. I'm heading on a mule deer hunt in November in South Dakota, so I ordered more gear to prepare for the cold temperatures! Unfortunately USPS kept losing my package. Heather, who works for SKRE was GREAT. I voiced my concern of getting my gear in time before my trip so I could make sure everything fit properly. She was extremely responsive and prompt with her emails. She sent me another package FEDEX two day shipping and it finally came. Cant thank her enough for her great customer service and prompt point of contact with making sure my gear got here in time. Will absolutely be buying more from SKRE in the future.

Gear is awesome. I am very pleased with the hardscrabble pants and jacket. I also bought a puffy jacket that is crazy how small it packs down but yet warm when on. Customer service was amazing. They lined me up with not only the gear I needed for my Midwest hunt but also my 1st out west mule deer hunt this fall. The helped me with patterns and gave some great advice. True 5 star company. Just as good as those high dollar companies but for less.

I ordered the Ptarmigan 850 Ultra down jacket which was on back order for an up coming elk hunt. After a month, I emailed Skre's customer service to inquire if the jacket would be shipped prior to my hunt date, which was approaching quickly. I was contacted by Nate with customer services the next day and informed the jacket was still on back order and he was not sure when the jacket would be in. Nate informed me, he could send me the same jacket but in a different camo pattern for free of charge and then when my original jacket came in he would ship it to me also. I have to admit I was shocked by this offer. Nate went on to say, Skre wanted to make sure I had my jacket I ordered for my up coming hunt, that was now in less than a week. After a couple days, I received the first jacket for my hunt and 3 weeks later, I received my original jacket I ordered in the correct camo pattern. I have purchased several hunting items and clothes from other vendors and NEVER have I received customer service like this before. Skre has the best customer service hands down!!!!!!!

My experience with Skre is easily 5-stars. They provide a very good discount for veterans, and their customer service is always friendly and reliable. Their products have been very good in the limited amount of time I’ve been able to hunt on active duty. I’ll buy from them again.

SKRE gear is the highest quality gear on the market and without the outrageous prices that the working class hunters can’t afford. They have made gear that we can all wear, that will take us to the highest peaks, in the most adverse conditions, at a price we can all handle. The quality put into every stitch is seen in how this gear performs. I have put this gear through the ringer on two different continents, in multiple terrains, and varied weather conditions and it performed flawlessly EVERY TIME!!! I highly recommend this gear! The customer service is second to none and will do everything they can to make sure your gear is proper fit and you are comfortable! Go with SKRE, and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
