SEPHORA inside JCPenney

I enjoy shopping for the new seasonal makeup and fragrance sets that come out for Christmas and Mother's Day. The manager Yvonne and her team has made my shopping experiences pleasant.ud83dude09ud83dude0a

Lovely employees and they are all very knowledgeable. I would pick this sephora inside of Jcpenney anyday over the one in the mall, where they follow you around for no reason. Thank you for making me feel welcomed in your store. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't know the name but a beautiful dark woman in a hijab helped us. She was very kind and helped me pick out a new mascara, she even let me test it before I bought it. She was very helpful unlike the the people at the Sephora closer to me!

You guys should probably update your hours on here, because you don’t stay open until 9:30pm. I came all the way to the mall, parked and walked in and you guys were closed by 8:55.

Went in to purchase my foundation that I am all out of. You should really update your hours of operation to reflect what you are actually open for. I came in thinking I had 40 minutes and the gal working was very rude, I had forgotten my debit card in my coat inside my car and she wouldn't even give me the two minutes it would've taken to run and grab it. Had the store been open for whats advertised that wouldn't have been a problem. I encourage you to train your employees to have more courtesy and tact when they are desperately counting down the seconds until they can leave. It makes the customer feel unwelcome, unappreciated and like they have inconvienced your staff. There was no sympathy or care shown and staying an extra 4 minutes so I could grab my card would've been the right thing to do since it was not my fault the business hours are incorrect on Google.... Also wanted to note there are still customers leaving the store as I type this and it's 15 min after closing.
