I had come here to buy a dress. When i walked in i asked if i could try a dress on and the customer service man told me no and then later another group of people walked in and asked to let them try on a dress. They told them they could. We walked out disappointed we couldnt try a dress on.Really bad customer service.

I had a bad experience with the owner. I walked in the store on Saturday evening to exchange two dresses that are so big for me.Size 3XL I wear 1xl . I did not want my money back,all i wanted was to exchange ,he refused to even look at dresses with tags on them i got for Christmas. He refused to even let me talk. He right away said no, and walked away. My husband always buys me purses and earings and clothes at this store. He will never go into this store again!!! I will never buy from this store. So disappointed. I should've gave him the two dresses to keep. Bad customer service !!!!

The first location of kiki is in west Seattle since day one i have been buying my dresses I've been a friend and customer for 11 years I've seen kiki grow and prosper since I've known him excellent customer service and he will make you feel confident once you leave his shop and free earings when you purchase that's fabulous.
