I went to the Pharmacy to pick up my medications and the gal behind the counter at 3.43pm on 3/13/2020 that gal at the counter with ear length dark brown hair coughed right in my face... made no attempt to cover her cough, then took a cough drop... she knew she was ill and did nothing to protect a customer... now I get to worry for the next 14 day if she gave me the Virus-19.

I went to the pharmacy on Monday to drop off a prescription and after I left I received a text saying that there was an issue so I went back and they told me I had to be pre-authorized by my doctor. All good. They said they would fax them right away and I should call the doctors office to make things move along faster. I asked how long it should take to be authorized they said 1-2 days. No problem. I called my doctor and they said they would be anticipating the fax. It is now Friday and I have called back every day to check the status and every time it is not ready for pickup. I finally just called my doctors office because I can’t get through to an actual Walgreens pharmacist on the phone and they said they received the fax a few hours ago... I understand being backed up at work and having a lot to get done but please have some heart and a sense of urgency when someone’s health and well-being is dependent on the medications you have. Thankfully I am not so dependent on these specific meds that not taking them could be fatal.nIf my medication is lower on your list of priorities or the fax machine is broken just let me know so I can go somewhere else. And please leave this field if you don’t care about the public’s health.
